Operating from its headquarters at Bicholi Mardana Indore, Madhya Pradesh, the platform is actively pursuing strategic expansion, diversifying its business across various sectors within the industry.We are seeking a Marketing Professional (Full-time/Freelance) to develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies for Polystox. The ideal candidate will be able to design result-oriented marketing plans tailored specifically to our company’s objectives, leveraging modern tools and innovative approaches. While prior experience is preferred, we value strategic thinking and the ability to deliver impactful marketing solutions above all.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement go-to-market strategies for product launches, feature rollouts, and campaigns.Work closely with the founders, product team, and sales team to align marketing with business objectives.Own brand positioning, messaging, and audience segmentation.Conceptualize and manage digital marketing campaigns across platforms (LinkedIn, Meta, Google, etc.).Analyze campaign performance and optimize for ROI.Lead content creation efforts for website, social media, emailers, pitch decks, and more.Identify and explore growth hacks, partnerships, and new channels.Manage and brief creative freelancers, designers, or agencies (if applicable).Monitor industry trends and competitor movements to keep our strategy sharp.

Requirements

:2+ years of experience in B2B or product marketing preferred (polymer/chemical/industrial tech sector is a plus).Strong understanding of GTM planning, digital marketing, and brand storytelling.Ability to translate business goals into actionable marketing plans.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-growth environments.Self-motivated with the ability to work independently (especially in freelance setup).Familiarity with tools like Google Ads, Meta Business, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Mailchimp, Canva, etc.
