Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager – Polymers to drive business growth and manage the sales of polymer raw materials. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in polymer trading, with expertise in raw material procurement, client relationship management, and business development. This role requires a deep understanding of the polymer industry, market trends, and supplier networks to maximize profitability and expand market reach. Responsibilities: 1. Develop and execute sales strategies to expand the company’s presence in polymer raw material trading. 2. Identify and build strong relationships with buyers, distributors, and manufacturers in the polymer industry. 3. Monitor market trends, pricing fluctuations, and competitor activities to optimize sales strategies. 4. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms with clients and suppliers to ensure cost-effective deals. 5. Work closely with the procurement team to ensure a steady supply of polymer raw materials. 6. Drive new business development while maintaining and growing existing client relationships. 7. Collaborate with internal teams, including finance and logistics, to streamline sales operations. 8. Provide sales forecasts, market insights, and performance reports to management. 9. Represent the company at trade shows, industry events and networking forums to build brand presence. Qualifications: 1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, or a related field. 2. Minimum 4+ years of experience in polymer raw material trading and sales. 3. Strong negotiation, communication, and client management skills. 4. In-depth knowledge of the polymer industry, raw material procurement, and supply chains. 5. Ability to analyze market trends and supplier performance for strategic decision-making. 6.
