Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Executive located in Vadodara. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, developing strategic plans to achieve sales goals, and presenting solutions to potential clients. The role also involves analyzing market trends, preparing sales reports, and collaborating with internal teams to support business growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role
• Strong ability in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• Knowledge of the software development, digital marketing, and graphics/UI/UX design industry is a plus
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
