Job Title: Sales Executive / Business Development Executive Location: Surat, Gujarat Job Type: Full-Time Experience Level: 0–3+ Years (Freshers Welcome) Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and negotiation skills and be capable of managing the full sales cycle — from lead generation to deal closure and payment collection. Both freshers and experienced professionals from commerce, business, and IT backgrounds are encouraged to apply. Key Responsibilities: Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing B2B clients Conduct software demonstrations (onsite or online) for clients Generate leads via cold-calling, field visits, and client references Close leads and ensure timely payment collection Maintain and update CRM system Analyze market trends and create strategies to gain competitive advantage Track and achieve monthly sales targets Build a professional network and contribute to brand awareness Qualifications: Education: BBA, MBA, B.Com, M.Com, BCA, MCA (Freshers can also apply) 0–3+ years of experience in sales or business development Strong communication and presentation skills Proven ability to handle complete sales cycle (for experienced candidates) Good negotiation and interpersonal skills Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus Basic understanding of B2B sales and client behavior What We Offer: Performance-based incentives Professional growth opportunities Training and mentoring support Exposure to software and tech-driven sales Show more Show less
