Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and result-driven Business Development Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving company growth through effective sales .

You will play a key role in expanding our client base, understanding market trends, and achieving business targets with enthusiasm and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, social media, and lead generation.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term partnerships.
Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs.
Present company products/services to potential clients and negotiate contracts.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of client projects.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain accurate sales records and reports in CRM tools.
Represent the company in meetings, events, and exhibitions when required.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Proven experience in sales, client handling, or business development.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and a team player.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
