Role Overview
The Business Development Executive will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving revenue growth for the agency. A strong focus on LinkedIn outreach and networking is essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities for the agency through LinkedIn and other digital platforms.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Craft personalized LinkedIn outreach messages and manage engagement strategies.
- Collaborate with the internal creative and strategy teams to create tailored proposals and pitches.
- Maintain and update the sales pipeline using CRM tools.
- Research and analyze industry trends, target markets, and competitor activities.
- Participate in client meetings and assist in closing deals.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly business development targets.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in business development or client acquisition within an advertising, marketing, or digital agency.
- Proven experience in LinkedIn outreach and networking for lead generation.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team-driven environment.
- Basic understanding of marketing, branding, and digital advertising solutions.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM tools.
