Job Summary We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, generating qualified leads, nurturing client relationships, and driving revenue growth through direct marketing, client visits, and effective communication strategies. Key Responsibilities Generate leads through cold emailing , WhatsApp marketing , LinkedIn outreach , and other online/offline channels Actively visit and engage with potential clients and existing prospects to pitch services and close deals Identify and develop new business opportunities across target industries Create and execute outreach strategies to increase sales pipeline Maintain strong communication and follow-ups with clients via email, calls, and in-person meetings Collaborate with the internal team to prepare customized proposals and presentations Maintain and update CRM systems with lead and account data Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets Required Skills & Qualifications Proven experience in lead generation , cold outreach , and direct marketing Hands-on experience with cold emailing tools , WhatsApp Business API , and basic CRM systems Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills (written & verbal) Confidence to pitch and present to clients in-person and virtually Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field 1–3 years of relevant work experience in business development or sales (preferred) Good Presentation skills Preferred Qualifications Prior experience in the IT services or digital marketing industry Familiarity with tools like Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, WhatsApp Web tools , and Google Workspace Knowledge of local Bhubaneswar and Odisha business landscape is a plus (not mandatory) Perks & Benefits Competitive salary with performance-based incentives Professional development and upskilling opportunities Dynamic and supportive work environment Travel allowances for client visits Show more Show less
