Job Description: The Business Development Executive will play a crucial role in driving sales growth by building strong client relationships and closing deals effectively. This position requires a blend of technical knowledge and excellent communication skills to understand client needs, provide solutions, and deliver results. While a background in mechanical engineering is preferred, candidates with strong sales skills and the ability to learn technical concepts quickly are encouraged to apply. The individual will work independently as well as collaboratively, demonstrating adaptability to changing market trends and customer preferences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Engagement & Relationship Management: Engage effectively with clients, building long-term relationships through clear communication and excellent service.
  • Sales & Deal Closure: Utilize strong negotiation and persuasion skills to close sales deals successfully, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Market Research & Adaptability: Stay informed about changing market trends and customer preferences, adapting strategies accordingly to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Independent & Team Collaboration: Work independently to achieve sales targets while collaborating effectively with the broader sales and engineering teams.
  • Problem-Solving & Decision-Making: Apply exceptional problem-solving skills to address client needs and make informed decisions during the sales process.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred. A degree in Mechanical Engineering (B.Tech) is a plus.
  • 0 to 2 years of relevant experience in sales or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with the ability to work independently and within a team.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing market trends and customer needs.
  • Strong proficiency in English is required, and knowledge of Hindi is preferred.

Salary: ₹20,000 to ₹25,000 per month.
