Role Overview:

We are looking for a Brand Strategist Intern who can combine creativity, consumer insights, and strategic thinking to help our clients and Midgrow itself build powerful digital-first brands.

This is not just an internship — it’s a launchpad for future brand leaders. Top performers will be offered a full-time Brand Strategist role at 6–7 LPA.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research market trends, competitor strategies, and consumer behavior.
• Develop brand positioning & storytelling frameworks for clients.
• Work closely with creative & digital marketing teams to ensure consistent brand voice.
• Design campaign strategies across social media, content, and ads.
• Assist in building Midgrow’s own brand identity and outreach strategies.
• Present brand decks, campaign ideas, and strategy pitches to clients.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong interest in branding, digital marketing, and consumer psychology.
• Excellent communication & presentation skills.
• Ability to think creatively and strategically at the same time.
• Proficiency in research, content planning, and trend analysis.
• Bonus: Knowledge of Canva, storytelling, or copywriting.

Eligibility:

• Recent graduate or final-year student in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication, or Design.
• Prior internships in branding/digital marketing is a plus (not mandatory).
• Must be from Madhya Pradesh (Indore preferred).
