Role Description

E-commerce Management Intern

paid internship with a stipend of up to ₹5,000 per month

As an intern, you will play a key role in supporting our e-commerce projects and client accounts. Your work will directly contribute to improving online sales performance, optimizing product visibility, and enhancing customer experiences.

Day-to-day responsibilities include:

• Assisting in managing e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Shopify, etc.)
• Researching product trends and competitors to improve sales strategies
• Optimizing product listings for better reach and conversions
• Tracking and analyzing sales data and campaign performance
• Coordinating with the sales and marketing team for smooth operations
• Handling basic customer queries and ensuring timely communication with partners

Qualifications

• Strong interest in commerce, sales, and online marketplaces
• Good analytical and research skills to identify trends and opportunities
• Clear communication skills with a customer-first mindset
• Ability to work independently in a remote/hybrid environment
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms or digital marketing tools (preferred but not mandatory)
• Pursuing or completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or related fields
