Role Overview:

As a Business Development Executive, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving growth by selling our Digital Marketing and Website Development services. You’ll identify high-potential prospects, craft tailored sales strategies, and close deals that not only meet but exceed targets, powering our continued expansion and success. Backed by a robust pipeline of high-quality leads provided by the company, you’ll have the resources and support needed to focus on building strong client relationships and delivering impactful results.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with potential and existing clients.
  • Understand client needs and recommend solutions that best address their requirements.
  • Develop, deliver, and negotiate impactful proposals and presentations that effectively win client confidence.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and innovations in Digital Marketing and Website Development to deliver cutting-edge solutions.
  • Work with a steady flow of quality leads provided by the company to drive conversions.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with marketing and development teams to deliver solutions that precisely address client needs
  • Consistently surpass monthly and quarterly sales targets, driving measurable business growth.


Qualifications & Skills Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2+ years of proven experience in business development,
  • 1+ year of experience specializing in selling Digital Marketing services, with additional experience in Website Development sales being a plus.
  • Good understanding of Digital Marketing platform capabilities
  • Capable to source leads from multiple platforms when needed (optional but preferred).
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to deliver engaging presentations.
  • Proficient in English and Hindi.
  • Strong persuasion skills with the ability to influence decisions and close deals effectively.
