Business Development Executive / Manager

Job Summary:

Business Development team

Key Responsibilities:

(Responsibilities for both levels):

• Identify new business opportunities and build a client pipeline
  
• Conduct market research and reach out to potential clients across residential, commercial, and institutional sectors
  
• Visit client sites, understand project requirements, and coordinate with the design and estimation teams
  
• Prepare and present landscaping proposals, quotations, and service offerings
  
• Maintain strong post-sales client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
  
• Attend industry expos and networking events to promote the brand
  

(Additional responsibilities for Manager-level candidates):

• Develop and implement strategic growth plans in coordination with leadership
  
• Lead key account management and long-term partnerships
  
• Guide and mentor junior executives (if applicable)
  
• Track and report sales performance using CRM and analytics tools
  
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve services and identify market trends
  

Candidate Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Horticulture, Architecture, or a related field (MBA is a plus for manager level)
  

• Executive Level:

  2–4 years of experience in business development, sales, or client servicing

• Manager Level:

  5–8 years of experience in strategic sales or business development, preferably in landscaping, real estate, or construction industries
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  
• Knowledge of landscaping services, hardscape/softscape components, and irrigation systems is a strong advantage
  
• Proficient in MS Office, CRM tools, and proposal writing
  
• Fluency in

  English

  and one or more regional languages (

  Hindi, Telugu, Kannada, Tamil

  ) preferred
• Willingness to travel locally for client visits and site meetings
