Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Support Executive who can communicate fluently in English, Hindi, Telugu, Kannada, and Tamil . The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction across different regions. Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats, or emails in multiple languages. Address customer inquiries, complaints, and support requests promptly and professionally. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams. Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved satisfactorily. Provide product/service information to customers and assist in troubleshooting. Collaborate with other departments to improve customer experience. Requirements: Proven experience in a customer service or call center role (preferred but not mandatory). Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Hindi, Telugu, Kannada, and Tamil . Good problem-solving and interpersonal skills. Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in using CRM tools.
