Job Description

Customer Support Executive

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats, or emails in multiple languages.
  • Address customer inquiries, complaints, and support requests promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved satisfactorily.
  • Provide product/service information to customers and assist in troubleshooting.
  • Collaborate with other departments to improve customer experience.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a customer service or call center role (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in

    English, Hindi, Telugu, Kannada, and Tamil

  • Good problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in using CRM tools.
