Job Description

Business Development Executive

You will be instrumental in creating strategies and solutions that support the companys expansion goals across the beauty, wellness, and nutrition verticals.

Key Responsibilities:

Proactively identify and connect with potential B2B clients such as dermatologists, aesthetic clinics, premium salons, wellness spas, and dietitians.
Develop and execute weekly sales plans with a focus on pipeline growth and conversion.
Build long-term relationships with both large retail chains and boutique businesses.
Represent luxury cosmetic and wellness supplement products effectively to upscale clientele.
Maintain detailed sales records, market intelligence, and competitor insights.
Collaborate with internal teams for marketing and order fulfillment to ensure client satisfaction.
Stay updated on trends and innovations in the beauty, wellness, and luxury supplement markets.

Candidate Profile:

Prior experience in
cosmetics, high-end supplements, luxury retail, or beauty/wellness products
is essential.
Strong network within the personal care and wellness industry is highly desirable.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong organizational and record-keeping abilities.
Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset.
