Mcare is a leading pharmaceutical distributor and exporter, specializing in sourcing high-quality products from India and other international markets. We provide tailored solutions for global clients and ensure compliance with regulatory standards across markets. Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic International Business Development Executive to expand Mcare’s global footprint. The ideal candidate will identify international opportunities, develop strategic partnerships, and drive export sales in the pharmaceutical sector. Key Responsibilities: Identify and research international markets for pharmaceutical products. Develop and maintain relationships with overseas distributors, wholesalers, hospitals, and healthcare institutions. Manage the end-to-end export sales process, including inquiries, quotations, negotiations, and order closures. Collaborate with regulatory and logistics teams to ensure compliance with international trade regulations and documentation. Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and market insights to senior management. Represent Mcare at international trade shows, exhibitions, and conferences. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and joint ventures in target markets. Stay updated on global pharmaceutical trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business, or related field (MBA preferred). Minimum 2-4 years of experience in pharmaceutical exports or international business development. Strong understanding of international pharmaceutical regulations, documentation, and compliance. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building global partnerships. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Willingness to travel internationally as needed. Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
