Business Development Executive

As a Business Development Executive for the USA Market, you will be responsible for coordinating logistics, managing dispatch within the U.S., and building strong relationships with carriers to ensure exceptional service in the freight brokerage industry. Key Responsibilities: - Prospecting new customers to foster growth and create new opportunities. - Evaluating business growth initiatives and highlighting areas of improvement. - Developing and maintaining relationships with a portfolio of clients, meeting their logistics needs. - Expanding into new markets and driving customer acquisition through potential leads. - Nurturing healthy relations with customers and converting their queries to successful load/orders. - Ensuring customer satisfaction by monitoring and managing any arising issues. - Providing regular reporting on logistics operations to clients and other departments. - Staying up to date with industry trends and best practices for optimal client service. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, transportation, or a related field preferred. - Minimum 6 months of experience in a similar role. - Proficiency in spoken and written English with excellent interpersonal skills. - Effective multitasking and deadline management abilities. - Knowledge of computer systems, spreadsheets, and databases. - Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently or as part of a team. - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
