Business Development Executive

The Sales Executive is responsible for generating sales, achieving targets, and delivering a premium customer experience for KTM motorcycles. The role requires strong communication, product knowledge, customer handling, and a passion for high-performance bikes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate inquiries and convert leads into sales.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets assigned by the management.
• Follow up with prospects regularly to ensure conversions.
• Provide detailed product information, comparisons, and test rides to customers.
• Maintain a professional and friendly approach with all walk-in customers.
• Ensure a smooth customer journey from inquiry to delivery.
• Stay updated on all KTM models, features, variants, and USPs.
• Promote KTM’s brand image, specifications, and performance to potential buyers.
• Participate in promotional activities, events, and test ride campaigns.
• Handle booking forms, registration, insurance, finance documentation, etc.
• Coordinate with back-office and delivery team for timely vehicle delivery.
• Gather and report feedback on customer preferences, competitor pricing, and market trends.
• Maintain a customer database and follow-up schedule using CRM tools.
• Submit daily and weekly sales reports to the manager.

Qualifications:

• Minimum: 12th Pass or Graduate in any discipline
• Experience: 0–2 years in automobile/two-wheeler sales preferred
• Freshers with enthusiasm for bikes can apply

Other Requirements:

• Two-wheeler license (mandatory)
• Willingness to travel locally for field visits, test rides, and delivery

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
