Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing relationships with potential clients, and expanding the companys market presence
This individual will work closely with sales and marketing teams to align strategies and achieve company growth goals
  • Key Responsibilities
    Lead Generation & Market ResearchIdentify and research potential clients, markets, and business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and other lead-generation strategies
  • Sales & NegotiationApproach new clients, present company services/products, negotiate deals, and close contracts
  • Client Relationship ManagementBuild and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to ensure long-term business partnerships
  • Strategic PlanningCollaborate with senior management to develop business strategies and set long-term goals for growth
  • Proposal Creation & PresentationPrepare business proposals, pitch presentations, and contract negotiations in alignment with client needs
  • Collaboration with TeamsWork alongside marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure consistent messaging, positioning, and successful execution of business development initiatives
  • ReportingTrack and report on business development metrics, performance, and market trends to the management team
  • Market InsightsStay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market developments to identify new opportunities for expansion
  • Skills & Qualifications
    Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Proven experience (typically 2+ years) in business development, sales, or a similar role
  • Strong understanding of sales strategies and customer relationship management
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Problem-solving skills and strategic thinking
  • Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Preferred Skills
    Experience in the specific industry of the company (e.g., technology, healthcare, finance)
  • Advanced negotiation and closing skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously
