Business Development Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Develop and manage B2B customer relationships across cosmetics, personal care, home care, and FMCG segments
• Understand client requirements and recommend tailored fragrance/flavor solutions
• Coordinate with internal teams (R&D, Marketing, Sampling) for smooth project execution
• Visit client offices, manufacturing sites, and distribution channels as needed
• Ensure strong market coverage and retail feedback through regular interactions
• Maintain and update sales activities using CRM tools
• Represent the brand at trade exhibitions, seminars, and client presentations
• Assist in post-sales technical support and feedback collection

Preferred candidate profile

• Willingness to travel locally and across India for client visits and product demos
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills ability to communicate technical concepts simply
• Experience in B2B or technical sales (preferably in chemicals, cosmetics, or fragrance/flavor industry)
• Understanding (or readiness to learn) about retail, distribution, and client servicing
• Sound knowledge of distribution channels, retail sales, and market operations
• Degree in Management, Chemistry, Cosmetic Science, or a related field
