Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our thriving Autodesk sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for spearheading the expansion of our client base, fostering lasting relationships, and driving the sales of innovative Autodesk software solutions. This role requires a unique blend of technical expertise, consultative sales skills, and a proactive approach to achieving revenue goals.


Key Responsibilities:

Lead the identification, evaluation, and cultivation of new business opportunities for Autodesk solutions. Develop and maintain strong partnerships with clients, stakeholders, and industry influencers. Deliver engaging product presentations, demos, and solution-focused discussions to potential clients. Collaborate closely with the technical and pre-sales teams to deliver customized solutions. Create and execute effective sales strategies to exceed set targets. Maintain an updated sales pipeline and provide regular progress updates to senior management. Stay informed about the latest Autodesk products, market trends, and competitor activities. Engage in industry events, trade shows, and networking activities to enhance brand visibility.

Required Skills & Competencies:

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to comprehend technical details and communicate them clearly to non-technical audiences. Proactive, self-motivated, and goal-driven approach to work. Strong client relationship management skills and adept problem-solving abilities. Demonstrates a consultative sales approach to effectively address client needs.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. 1–3 years of successful sales/business development experience, preferably in IT/software solutions. Previous experience in selling Autodesk or similar CAD/CAM/CAE software is a plus. Proficiency in MS Office suite; familiarity with CRM tools is desirable.
