Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Executive to drive sales and expand market presence for our SolidWorks solutions. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in technical/software sales, preferably in CAD/CAM/CAE domain, and a passion for building long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, prospect, and generate new business opportunities for SolidWorks solutions across industries like manufacturing, engineering, education, and design.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide customized solutions.
• Prepare and deliver compelling product presentations and demonstrations.
• Collaborate with the technical team to prepare proposals, quotations, and client-specific presentations.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Track industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine strategy.
• Maintain CRM systems with accurate data and follow-up schedules.
• Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and client meetings.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–4 years of experience in B2B sales or business development, preferably in software (CAD/CAM/CAE) or engineering solutions.
• Knowledge of SolidWorks or similar 3D CAD software is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.

Preferred Skills:

• Prior experience selling SolidWorks or Autodesk/Ansys/Catia will be an added advantage.
• Technical aptitude and the ability to understand client engineering challenges.
• Strong network in manufacturing, education, or design industries.
