Position Overview:


Key Responsibilities:


·      Transform leads into sales by proactively engaging with customers, fostering trust, and nurturing long-term business relationships.

  • Identify and research potential customers and untapped market segments within MSME’s and large-scale manufacturing industries, leveraging deep market insights for informed targeting.
  • Generate enquiries, prepare and submit techno-commercial offers, follow-up, negotiate and close orders as per agreed targets.
  • Should possess previous experience in Aerospace and niche Raw materials, engineered products sales.
  • Utilize extensive experience in Manufacturing sectors to launch and manage sales initiatives covering ferrous and non-ferrous raw materials, components, and fabrication services.
  • Work closely with the sourcing team to streamline enquiry responses and craft competitive, detailed quotes that align with client requirements.
  • Oversee the full spectrum of the O2C process—from handling enquiries and processing orders to managing invoices and payments—ensuring accuracy and timeliness at every step.


Qualifications:


  • BE/B.Tech in Mechanical/Industrial or any similar subject, MBA in Marketing/Business development or a related field is an added advantage.


  • Strong interest in business development, sales, and supply chains.
  • Experience in Engineering drawings understanding and should communicate with customers on costing.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • High level of motivation and willingness to learn.

Skills & Competencies :


·      Strong technical aptitude to understand engineering drawings, specifications and basic manufacturing processes.

·      Proven ability in lead generation, enquiry handling, negotiation and order closure against targets.

·      Good communication and presentation skills and Willingness to travel extensively

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

·      Self-driven, result oriented with strong ownership and follow-up.
