Business Development Executive (IT Services)

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive with strong knowledge of SEO, SMM, Website Design & Development, and Mobile App Development. The candidate should have proven experience in generating leads, managing client relationships, and closing sales in the digital/IT services domain.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities for digital marketing and IT services
• Create & execute strategies to acquire new clients
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships
• Conduct meetings, client pitches, and product/service presentations
• Understand clients’ business needs and propose suitable IT solutions
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery
• Maintain CRM records, pipeline reports, and daily sales activities
• Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Business Development in IT / Digital Marketing industry
• knowledge of SEO, SMM, Website Design & Development, and Mobile App Development
• Proven track record of lead generation and deal closure
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Ability to understand client requirements and suggest the right solution
• Strong networking ability and client-handling skills
