Job Description

Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and engage with prospective students, colleges, coaching institutes, and corporate clients.
Counsel students about various professional commerce courses offered by Invisor and guide them in their career decisions.
Conduct webinars, workshops, and campus activation programs for student engagement.
Follow up with inbound leads and convert them into successful enrollments.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with academic institutions and student communities.
Achieve monthly and quarterly enrollment targets.
Collaborate with the marketing team to execute lead generation and branding activities.
Prepare proposals, negotiate deals, and close partnerships.
Maintain accurate records of business development activities in CRM systems.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
Passionate about the EdTech industry and commerce education.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships.
Target-driven, self-motivated, and enthusiastic approach.
Prior experience in EdTech sales or educational counseling is a plus.
