Role Overview:

Telesales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable courses or programs.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Follow up on leads through calls, WhatsApp, and emails for closures.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of product offerings and market competition.
  • Update CRM systems with call details, feedback, and follow-ups.
  • Handle objections and negotiate to close sales effectively.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and academic teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding.
  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective students/clients from provided leads.

Key Skills & Requirements:

  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and persuasive skills in English
  • Strong customer-centric approach and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking.
  • Minimum

    1-3 years of Tele sales experience

    , preferably in EdTech or service-based industries.
