Role & responsibilities

• Make outbound calls

  to potential customers, introduce company products/services, and clearly explain how they meet the clients needs.

• Handle inbound calls and inquiries

  , offering prompt and professional assistance while resolving customer queries or concerns.

• Present and explain product/service benefits

  in a persuasive manner to encourage customers to make purchases, register for programs, or move to the next step in the sales funnel.

• Maintain and update CRM records

  with accurate details of customer interactions, call outcomes, follow-up actions, and feedback.

• Conduct timely follow-ups

  with leads to build rapport, nurture interest, and support successful conversions or commitments.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets

  related to calls, conversions, and productivity as set by management.

• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and support teams

  to ensure a smooth customer experience and proper handover of leads.

• Stay informed about company offerings, promotions, and industry trends

  to provide customers with up-to-date and relevant information.

• Maintain professionalism and communication quality

  during every customer interaction to uphold the companys reputation.

Preferred candidate profile

• Freshers or candidates with 0-2 years in Telecalling/Customer Service.
• Good communication skills and comfortable with outbound calling.
• Basic computer knowledge and ability to update CRM.
• Target-oriented, quick learner, and positive attitude.
• Multilingual candidates (English/Hindi/regional) preferred.
• Immediate joiners are an added advantage.
