3. Follow-Up Discipline

• Maintain consistent follow-ups through

  calls, WhatsApp messages, brochures, and reminders

• Update lead status accurately in CRM/Google Sheets.
  
• Ensure

  zero missed leads

   and 100% conversion tracking.

4. Batch Coordination

• Communicate batch start dates, demo sessions, and joining procedures.
  
• Ensure students join the official WhatsApp group via QR link.
  
• Coordinate with trainers for batch readiness and communication.
  

5. Reporting

• Share daily reports on:
  
• Total calls made
  
• Calls connected
  
• Warm leads
  
• Follow-ups
  
• Conversions
  
• Track weekly and monthly performance targets.
  

Required Skills

• Excellent Tamil communication (English is a plus)
  
• Confident voice, convincing speaking style
  

Sales/Closing Skills

• Strong persuasion ability
  
• Objection handling (fees, timing, demo, placement)
  
• Ability to guide students from inquiry to enrollment
  

Technical Awareness (Preferred)

• Basic understanding of Cloud, DevOps, AI & IT courses
  
• Ability to explain technical programs in simple language
