OAKS OVERSEAS is looking for a Tele Counselor in providing guidance and support to students interested in studying abroad.
Tele callers of at least 1 yr experience in Overseas Education Industry interested can apply. Below are the duties candidates required to fulfill- 1. Outbound / Inbound Calling: Make outbound / inbound calls to potential clients to generate leads for abroad education services. 2. Identify and qualify leads by understanding the client's. 3. Stay informed about the services offered and effectively communicate the features and benefits to prospective clients. requirements and assessing their needs. 4. Maintain regular follow-ups with potential clients to nurture leads and convert them into opportunities. 5. Keep accurate records of calls, client information, and interactions in the database. Position Summary: As a BDE, you’ll help Oaks Overseas grow by finding new clients, building strong relationships, and promoting our overseas education services. Your role is key to expanding our reach and supporting students in their study abroad journey. Key Responsibilities: Identify and connect with potential students, partners, and institutions. Present services, negotiate deals, and close partnerships. Maintain strong client relationships and ensure satisfaction. Support marketing and promotional activities. Achieve sales targets and report progress to the team. Represent Oaks Overseas at events, fairs, and webinars. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. 0–1 year of experience in sales or business development (preferred). Strong communication and negotiation skills. Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven. Willingness to travel when required. Desirable Skills: Experience in the education field. Knowledge of multiple languages is a plus.
