Role Overview: As a Sales Executive at our company located in Gurgaon, your primary responsibility will be to generate sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails from Asia Pacific, Europe & US. You will be briefing GMI Research's spectrum of research offerings to potential clients and exploring opportunities in each call. In addition, you will be developing and cultivating strong buying relationships with clients, understanding their needs and requirements. Your ability to engage and interact effectively with leadership, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and strategize to acquire clients across multiple industries will be crucial to your success in this role. Moreover, you will be responsible for account handling, maximizing revenues from existing accounts, and customizing content to suit the needs of the clients. Key Responsibilities: - Generate sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails - Brief GMI Research's spectrum of research offerings to potential clients and explore opportunities in each call - Develop and cultivate strong buying relationships with clients, understanding their needs and requirements - Engage and interact effectively with leadership, customize approach accordingly - Manage multiple projects simultaneously - Strategize to build and acquire clients across multiple industries - Responsible for account handling and requirement handling for all the contents - Maximize revenues from the same accounts by delivering the most expected content, cross-selling, and upselling - Help in developing proposals/business case/presentations to the clients for the expected research content - Customize content in terms of market research report/titles aptly suiting the needs of the clients - Create and update client database - Enhance the organization's reputation by exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments Qualification Required: - Good Interpersonal and Communication skills - Ability to work in a team and collaborate effectively - Fluency in English - Minimum 1 year of experience required - Experience in market research/brand, marketing, consultancy is preferable (Note: No additional details about the company were provided in the job description.)
