Role Overview

Business Development Executive


🚨 Note: Only candidates with hands-on influencer marketing experience (agency or brand side) will be considered.


Key Responsibilities

  1. Identify and reach out

    to potential brands for influencer marketing collaborations.
  2. Lead Gen & Outreach:

    Identify and connect with potential brand clients via inbound and outbound strategies across multiple verticals (D2C, lifestyle, fintech, fashion, FMCG, etc.).
  3. Client Pitches & Closures:

    Build custom influencer marketing proposals and pitch decks tailored to brand objectives. Negotiate, follow up, and close high-quality campaigns.
  4. Pipeline Management :

    Maintaining a strong pipeline to acheive the monthly/ quarterly / yearly targets.
  5. Develop tailored

    influencer marketing proposals

    aligned with client objectives.
  6. Negotiate contracts, budgets, and deliverables

    with both brands and influencers.
  7. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth campaign planning, execution, and reporting.
  8. Track and analyze campaign performance;

    provide actionable insights for optimization.
  9. Meet and exceed monthly

    sales targets

    while contributing to overall business growth.
  10. Stay updated with influencer marketing trends, competitor activities, and industry best practices.


Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  2. 1–3 years of experience in influencer marketing, digital marketing, or brand partnerships.
  3. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  4. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  5. Data-driven mindset with proficiency in campaign tracking and performance analysis.
  6. Passion for influencer marketing, social media, and digital trends.
