As a Sales Manager, you’ll lead enterprise sales initiatives, build long-standing client relationships, and contribute significantly to our revenue and reputation.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and execute effective B2B sales strategies targeting corporate clients
• Identify and convert high-potential opportunities into long-term partnerships
• Lead end-to-end sales processes including client acquisition, solution pitching, and negotiation
• Develop compelling value propositions and business proposals tailored to client needs
• Foster lasting relationships with CXO-level executives and key decision-makers
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery
• Track market movements and competitor trends to stay ahead in the game
• Maintain and optimize a high-quality sales pipeline with regular reporting
• Represent the company at industry meets, conferences, and networking forums
• Outbound Sales

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
• 2 to 4 years of experience in corporate or B2B sales
• Proven success in driving strategic sales and meeting revenue targets
• Strong knowledge of sales processes, CRM tools, and reporting techniques
• Experience in

  TravelTech, Aviation, or SaaS

  domains is a plus
• Excellent communication, persuasion, and stakeholder management skills
• Willingness to work from our Chennai office and travel when needed
