Job Description

We are looking for a high-energy Sales / Business Development professional to drive exponential growth. A go-getter who excels at identifying prospects, building relationships, and closing strategic deals in the IT services space.

Key Responsibilities

Identify new business opportunities through market research & industry analysis
Drive B2B sales & business development for software/IT services
Generate & nurture leads from multiple channels to build a strong pipeline
Present company offerings, prepare proposals & sales presentations
Meet or exceed assigned sales targets
Collaborate with internal teams to align sales strategy with business goals
Devise innovative growth strategies

Requirements

3+ years of experience in B2B sales/BD for IT services or tech outsourcing
Proven track record of closing deals & achieving targets
Strong communication, negotiation & stakeholder management skills
Experience managing key client relationships
Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot/Zoho or similar)
Any UG/PG degree with relevant experience
