Key Responsibilities Make high-volume outbound calls to prospective clients daily. Generate and qualify new business leads via phone calls, email, and follow-up campaigns. Understand customer needs and identify sales opportunities. Clearly communicate the value proposition of the company’s products/services. Schedule meetings or demos for the outside sales team. Maintains and update Excel Sheet with accurate records of all customer interactions and lead status. Achieve or exceed monthly targets for qualified leads, appointments, and calls. Follow up on leads as needed. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine messaging and lead-generation strategies. Handle customer objections professionally and redirect calls when necessary.
