Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Team Leader in Auto Loans Sales. The role is based in Bengaluru. The Team Leader will be responsible for managing the sales team, devising and implementing sales strategies, providing excellent customer service, and achieving sales targets. Additional duties include leading team meetings, reporting on performance metrics, and collaborating with other departments to enhance the customer experience.

• Proven experience in Sales and achieving sales targets
• Leadership abilities and experience in supervisory roles
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Familiarity with the auto loans industry is a plus
