Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in handling warm leads generated through marketing campaigns
  • Contribute to new client acquisition via cold outreach, prospect communication, and relationship building
  • Coordinate follow-ups with prospective clients via calls and WhatsApp
  • Understand client requirements and help map relevant services
  • Support in preparing proposals, pitch decks, and pricing documents
  • Maintain lead data and basic CRM tracking
  • Coordinate with internal design, content, and marketing teams
  • Support onboarding of new clients after deal closure
