Senior Graphic Designer (Branding & Marketing Creatives)

🔹 Job Overview

We are looking for a Senior Graphic Designer who can independently handle end-to-end branding and day-to-day design requirements. This role involves working on brand identity, packaging, and marketing creatives across digital and offline platforms, while also guiding design interns.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Lead logo design, brand identity systems, and packaging projects

Design marketing creatives including:

• Social media posts & ad creatives
• Flyers, brochures, posters & business collaterals
• Billboards, standees, banners & offline branding materials
• Develop brand guidelines, typography systems & color palettes
• Create packaging designs (labels, boxes, pouches, etc.)
• Ensure visual consistency across all digital & print assets
• Guide and review work done by design interns (mockups, layouts, variations)
• Coordinate with marketing, web, and client servicing teams
• Prepare print-ready and digital-ready final files

🔹 Required Skills & Experience

• 3–5 years of experience in branding & graphic design
• Strong portfolio in logo design, brand identity, packaging and marketing creatives
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign
• Strong understanding ofStrong understanding of print design & production
• Ability to conceptualize and execute premium designs
• Experience working in an agency environment is a plus
