Job Description

About ISIEINDIA:

innovation, entrepreneurship, and skill development

Job Summary:

dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE)

Key responsibilities:

Identify, approach, and engage with schools to propose and establish
AI Labs
under ISIEINDIA’s initiatives.
Develop and implement effective business strategies to expand the AI Lab network across different regions.
Conduct meetings and presentations with school principals, management, and decision-makers to demonstrate the value of AI-based education.
Build and nurture long-term relationships with educational institutions and stakeholders.
Collaborate with internal teams for proposal creation, project execution, and post-implementation support.
Represent ISIEINDIA at academic events, educational exhibitions, and conferences to promote AI learning programs.
Track market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in the
EdTech.
Maintain accurate reports on outreach, pipeline, and closures using CRM tools.

Qualification & Skills:

MBA in Marketing, Business Development, or Operations
(Mandatory).
1–3 years of experience
in business development, sales, or institutional partnerships (preferably in the
education or EdTech sector
).
Prior experience in setting up labs, smart classrooms, or similar institutional collaborations will be an added advantage.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to travel extensively and independently manage client relations.
Passionate about education technology, AI learning, and innovation.
