The Business Development Associate will be responsible for generating new business leads and identifying opportunities in the real estate and financial services sector, particularly in international markets.
Identify new business leads and spot high-potential opportunities in real estate and financial services across global markets.
Build and maintain long-term, trust-based client relationships.
Negotiate and close deals, consistently achieving sales targets.
Collaborate with strategy teams to tailor approaches for different regions.
Keep CRM records up to date and deliver accurate sales reports.
Stay on top of market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.

Bachelor’s in Business, Marketing, International Relations, Finance, or a related field.
Fresh graduates or candidates with at least one year of experience in real estate or financial services sales are encouraged to apply. Experience in marketing or a related industry is a plus.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Fluency in English (other languages are a big plus).
