Roles and Responsibility

The Manager Corporate Sales will be a team member responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding our high ticket-size client base, and delivering strategic advertising solutions across both digital and offline channels. The ideal candidate will have a strong B2B corporate sales or agency background with a proven track record of leading teams and closing large deals.

Sales Strategy

Design and execute sales strategies aligned with IM Solutions' digital and offline advertising growth goals.
Identify and penetrate high-value accounts, building a sustainable sales pipeline and achieving quarterly and annual revenue targets.
Develop pricing models and commercial proposals tailored to client needs and market trends.

Client Relationship Management

Engage directly with CXOs, Marketing Heads, and Brand Managers to pitch customized advertising solutions.
Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients, ensuring high retention and upselling opportunities.
Serve as a strategic advisor to clients, understanding their business challenges and delivering ROI-driven solutions.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work closely with digital strategy, creative, media planning, and operations teams to deliver seamless client solutions.
Oversee the execution of multi-channel campaigns, ensuring on-time delivery and measurable impact.

Market Intelligence & Innovation

Stay updated on emerging trends in digital marketing, outdoor media, and BTL activations.
Identify new business verticals, industry segments, or regions for expansion.
Represent the brand at industry forums, conferences, and networking events.
