Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Executive located in Tamil Nadu, India. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and maintaining strong relationships with clients. Key responsibilities include conducting market research, developing strategies to expand business operations, managing client accounts, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Collaboration with a cross-functional team to achieve business goals will also be a primary focus of this role.

Qualifications

• Proven skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities
• Strong understanding of Business strategies with the ability to create and execute effective growth plans
• Excellent Communication skills to build and maintain successful partnerships and liaise effectively with clients
• Proficiency in Account Management to ensure client satisfaction and foster long-term relationships
• Ability to work collaboratively within a target-driven environment to achieve organizational goals
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a relevant field
• Experience in the IT or Process Automation domain is a strong advantage
