About Us:

We’re a result-driven digital marketing agency offering services like Website Development, SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Graphics Design, Video Creation, and Local Google Promotion (GMB).

We’re looking for a passionate Business Development Executive (BDE) who can take ownership of generating leads, nurturing client relationships, and converting prospects into long-term customers.

Responsibilities:

•   Identify and generate new business opportunities for digital services (Website, SEO, Ads, etc.)
• 
  
•   Understand client needs and propose tailored digital marketing solutions
• 
  
•   Create and present business proposals and service pitches
• 
  
•   Follow up on leads through email, calls, LinkedIn, and CRM
• 
  
•   Maintain a strong sales pipeline and close deals to meet monthly targets
• 
  
•   Build relationships with potential and existing clients for recurring projects
• 
  
•   Coordinate with the internal team to ensure a smooth project onboarding
• 
  
•   Track performance metrics and report weekly progress

Skills & Requirements:

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• 
  

• Good understanding of digital marketing services (SEO, Ads, Website, GMB, etc.)

• 
  

• Experience with lead generation through LinkedIn, Upwork, email, or other platforms

• 
  

• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset

• 
  

• Familiarity with CRM tools and sales funnels is a plus

• 
  

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a relevant field
