We’re now expanding – and we’re looking for a sharp, driven, and creative Business Development Executive to bring high-value clients into our fold. 🚀 Your Role: As a Business Development Executive, your mission is simple: Bring in high-ticket clients for our services in branding, marketing, and content production. 🧩 Key Responsibilities: Identify and reach out to potential clients via LinkedIn, email, events, and referrals. Pitch Hotchpotz's services in a compelling and consultative manner. Create and share proposals, decks, and quotations tailored to client needs. Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and report progress weekly. Collaborate with internal teams to craft pitch strategies. Attend meetings with marketing heads, startup founders, and decision-makers. Track market trends to identify emerging client opportunities. 🧠 You Should Have: 1–3 years of experience in business development, preferably in a creative agency, media firm, or digital marketing company. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Confidence to speak to CXOs, founders, and marketing heads. A creative and strategic mindset. Good understanding of branding, social media, or video production services is a plus.
