Job Description

You will be responsible for prospecting and lead generation by identifying potential clients and businesses through market research and networking. Generating leads and building a robust sales pipeline to meet and exceed sales targets will be a key focus. Additionally, meeting or exceeding sales targets set by the management is essential. - Identify potential clients and businesses through market research and networking. - Generate leads and build a robust sales pipeline. - Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the management. - Build relationships with cold and warm leads to understand their business needs. - Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients. - Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with clients. - Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities. - Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions. - Collaborate with the respective team to develop customized solutions for clients. - Work closely with the marketing team to develop strategies for lead generation and brand awareness. - Field sales experience of at least 2 years. - Location requirement: Chennai, Tamil Nadu. - Job Type: Full-time, work location in person.
