Showroom Assistant - Luxury showroom

Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Office Assistant to support daily operations within our showroom. The ideal candidate will take responsibility for routine office tasks, maintain the cleanliness and presentation of luxury displays, and ensure high-end customers are served refreshments with attention to quality and hospitality. Key Responsibilities: Work Hours - 11:30 am - 8:00 pm Work Location - Desom,Aluva Perform regular office duties including filing, photocopying, document handling, and supporting administrative functions. Clean and maintain the appearance of high-end luxury displays in the showroom on a daily basis, ensuring they are always presentable and spotless. Prepare and serve refreshments (tea, coffee, water, etc.) to premium customers at regular intervals with a focus on hygiene and customer service. Assist in maintaining inventory of office and pantry supplies and report any shortages. Support other team members and departments as required to ensure smooth daily operations. Key Requirements: Polite, well-groomed, and professional demeanor. Prior experience in an office or customer service environment preferred. Basic knowledge of hygiene standards and food/beverage handling.
