As a Telecaller for Channel Business in a growing company dealing with electronics peripheral products like CCTV systems and computers, your role will be vital in expanding the partner network. Your responsibilities will include: - Making outbound calls to potential partners and clients. - Promoting and selling channel business services related to CCTV and computer products. - Building and maintaining strong business relationships with channel partners. - Following up on leads and converting them into business opportunities. - Maintaining proper records of calls, client interactions, and sales activities. - Coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely service and support. Key Skills & Competencies required for this role include: - Strong English communication skills (verbal and written) - Excellent sales, persuasion, and negotiation skills - Professional customer service and relationship-building abilities - Basic computer knowledge, including proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.) - Ability to work independently and handle pressure effectively Qualifications needed for this position are: - Minimum 12th pass; Graduate preferred - At least 1 year of experience in telecalling, telesales, or channel sales - Familiarity with electronics products (CCTV, computers) is an added advantage The company offers various perks such as a fixed salary with performance incentives, opportunities for growth within the company, and a professional work environment.
