Job Description

Role Overview:

Business Development Executive (Field Sales)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, engage, and convert potential customers through

    field visits, presentations, and demos

    .
  • Generate and qualify leads through

    cold calls, referrals, and direct interactions

    .
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly

    sales targets

  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and emerging trends in the

    EdTech sector

    .
  • Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to enhance sales strategies and promotional activities.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in CRM tools.
  • Represent the company professionally during client meetings, events, and exhibitions.

Qualifications:

  • Education:

    Any Graduate (MBA in Marketing or related field preferred).
  • Experience:

    02 years in Sales / Business Development (Freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply).

Salary & Benefits:

  • Metro Cities: 4.5 to 5 LPA
    Remote Locations: 3.6 to 4 LPAFreshers: 3.5 to 3.6 LPA + Incentives
  • Conduct 15+ college visits monthly to qualify for a fixed 8,000 travel allowance.
