Key Responsibilities:
● Manage and nurture leads through the sales pipeline using CRM tools.
● Conduct initial briefings with prospective clients to understand their needs.
● Present tailored service proposals and pitches effectively.
● Close deals and meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
● Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients for repeat business.
● Follow up consistently with leads to maximize conversions.
● Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to optimize lead management.
● Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and deal progress in the CRM.
● Stay updated on digital marketing trends and incorporate insights into client engagement.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
● Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
● Proven sales experience, preferably in digital marketing or related services.
● Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written).
● Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
● Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM).
● Good understanding of digital marketing channels and strategies.
● Ability to analyze client requirements and craft compelling proposals.
● Goal-oriented with a track record of achieving targets.
● Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Preferred Qualifications:
● Prior experience in business development or client consulting.
● Knowledge of social media, SEO, SEM, or content marketing.
