Responsibilities

  • Generate new leads through outbound calling, emails and social media channels
  • Take ownership for initial stages of sales development cycle: new business research, preliminary needs assessment/analysis and initial introduction to the pre sales team.
  • Actively build, manage and report on sales activities and pipeline using Salesforce CRM.
  • Understand company services and products in order to generate new business opportunities.
  • Maintain daily sales and productivity records. Present weekly performance against sales targets in company meetings.
  • Build strong relationships with prospects through regular and systematic follow up and contact programs.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing or Commerce.
  • 2 to 4 years of successful B2B outbound Sales experience in IT industry, working for North America or European client acquisitions.
  • Good knowledge within a variety of industries, with experience and/or understanding of IT systems
  • Proven track record in IT sales with a demonstrated ability to negotiate with clients
