Key Responsibilities:

Client Registration & Portal Management:
Handle and maintain the company’s registrations, pre-qualifications, and profile updates on various client procurement portals for both OFS companies and Operators.
Opportunity Tracking & Analysis:
Proactively monitor client portals, industry bulletins, and other channels to identify and track relevant Requests for Quotation (RFQs) and Requests for Proposal (RFPs).
Bid Coordination & Management:
Analyze tender documents to understand the scope of work, categorize technical and commercial requirements, and distribute them to the respective internal departments.
Proposal & Bid Submission:
Lead follow-ups to ensure the timely collection of all necessary information, compile finalized bid packages, perform complex commercial calculations, and ensure all submissions are compliant and submitted before the deadline.
Market & Client Research:
Conduct thorough research on clients, market trends, and the addressable market to identify new business opportunities and support strategic decision-making.
Commercial Database Management:
Develop and maintain a systematic database of all commercial proposals, pricing data, and bid outcomes to support future tenders and market analysis.
