Business Development Executive (BDE)


You will play a key role in driving business growth by identifying opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and executing effective sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Understand and align with the company’s vision, mission, and business objectives.
  • Conduct in-depth

    market research

    to identify new leads, prospects, and potential clients.
  • Utilize

    LinkedIn and other professional networks

    to identify, connect with, and qualify B2B leads.
  • Perform

    data scraping

    using relevant tools to build targeted lead databases.
  • Maintain and update

    CRM systems

    with accurate client and prospect information.
  • Build and sustain strong, long-term relationships with clients and partners.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, product, etc.) to implement growth strategies.
  • Prepare

    proposals, pitch decks, sales presentations, and business plans

    for client engagements.
  • Analyze

    market trends and performance metrics

    to refine outreach strategies and improve conversions.
  • Manage client communications and ensure excellent customer satisfaction.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities on

    freelance platforms

    such as Upwork, Guru, Freelancer, and others.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in

    Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

    .
  • 2–3 years of proven experience in

    business development, B2B sales, or lead generation

    .
  • Expertise in

    LinkedIn outreach and lead generation

    .
  • Hands-on experience with

    data scraping tools

    such as Apollo.io, Skrapp, Lusha, etc.
  • Working knowledge of

    CRM software

    (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, etc.).
  • Excellent

    communication, presentation, and negotiation

    skills.
  • Strong

    analytical mindset

    and ability to identify business opportunities.
  • Proficiency in managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with

    freelance and outsourcing platforms

    (Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, etc.).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in

    B2B SaaS

    or

    IT service-based industries

    .
  • Knowledge of

    email marketing automation tools

    and

    campaign management

    .
  • Understanding of

    digital marketing, SEO, and sales funnels

    .
